ThroneBid is a paid spotlight, not a lottery, auction with a payout, or investment. When you pay to claim the throne, you are purchasing featured placement on this page for as long as nobody pays more than you. Nothing else is being sold: there is no prize pool, no cash payout, no equity, no goods, and no guarantee of any specific amount of traffic or attention.

How it works

The throne has one occupant at a time. To take it, you pay at least the displayed minimum, which is always higher than the previous claim. You keep the throne indefinitely — there is no timer forcing you off — until someone else pays more. If that happens, you're added to the permanent Hall of Fame log on this page.

You're never charged without winning

Claiming the throne reserves it for you exclusively before any payment is taken. Nobody else can complete a competing claim while your payment is processing, so a successful payment always means you hold the throne — there is no scenario where you pay and someone else ends up with it instead.

No refunds

All payments are final. By claiming the throne you acknowledge you are paying for featured placement, which lasts until outbid and is not guaranteed to last any particular length of time.
